Orders charged on American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa cards are shipped within 24 hours of card approval. Your credit-card transactions are secure and safe. We are a legitimate consulting practice that does not violate laws or cheat people. If you are still worried about using your credit card on our secure and safe site, use any of our other methods.

Debit Cards

Debit cards with MasterCard or Visa logos on the front are acceptable for purchasing our products. Simply select "credit card" for your payment type in our shopping cart. Orders paid with these debit cards are shipped within 24 hours of card approval. We do not accept debit cards that do not have either the MasterCard or Visa logo.

PayPal
|

We accept payments via PayPal, and approximately one-forth of our customers do so. Simply select "PayPal" for your payment type in our shopping cart. Orders paid with PayPal are shipped within 24 hours of PayPal approval.

Money Orders
|
|
Orders paid with bank or postal money orders are shipped on the same day we receive the payment. This method is quicker than checks but not as quick as credit and debit cards. International customers paying with money orders should use a U.S. money order drawn from a U.S. bank. Banks in your countries should be able to help you with U.S. money orders and exchange rates. If you choose to pay by money order, write it to TopSkills and mail it with your order to the complete address at the bottom of this page.

Checks

Orders paid with personal or business checks are shipped when the checks clear the bank. Consequently, paying with checks is not the quickest way to get your manual. This delay could be several weeks on international orders, so we recommend money orders, instead. Read about Money Orders and Exchange Rates. If you choose to pay by check, write it to TopSkills and mail it with your order to the address at the bottom of this page.

Traveler's Checks

We are unable to accept traveler's checks, because we have no means of returning any balances to you.

No Cash
|
|
Please do not send cash. It is too risky, and we will not be held responsible if it disappears between you and us.

Currency Exchange Rates

International currency exchange rates change frequently. They change daily for some countries and less often for others. We cannot keep up with exchange rates for countries all over the world. Fortunately, orders paid with credit cards are automatically adjusted by the banks, so we get our monies and your accounts get charged accordingly without hassle. International orders paid with money orders are more complicated. This is why we request money orders drawn on U.S. banks. Several Web sites provide international currency exchange rates. These sources are guides only for general information. Only your bank can give you the correct exchange rate for a given day.
