Your Guarantee

As our customer, your satisfaction is very important to us. That is why we strive to produce quality products and services and offer them to you at fair prices. Your guarantee with our products is simple yet limited.

Book Condition Although we work very hard to produce quality products, some books are inadvertently produced with defects. We will replace or refund any books with indisputable factual errors or manufacturing defects.
Book Content Contents of our books are adequately described on this web site, and we assume that you have read them when you place your order. If you can show that the content of these books is not as described on this web site, then we will replace the book or refund your money.

Pricing Errors

If we make a mistake computing your book, shipping, and/or total charges, we will correct our mistake by issuing a credit on your credit card. You must tell us about the mistake so we can correct it.

Shipping Errors

If we mistakenly send your parcel to any address other than what you requested, we will accept responsibility and reship your parcel to the correct address.
We Must Be Contacted To receive your refund, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your books and give us a fair opportunity to remedy the situation.
Books Must Be Returned To receive your refund, you must return the defective books to us so we can see the problems and correct them.
What Is Not Covered

Problems that we are not told about or cannot see are not refundable.

Books that are not what you expected because you did not read the clearly written descriptions are not replaceable or refundable. You must be able to show us that the books do not match our descriptions.

All our shipping charges are clearly shown on our shopping cart. When you select a shipping method on the order form, we assume that you have checked the shipping charges for the service level you told us to use. Shipping charges that are higher than you expected are not covered unless we made a mistake.

We use only reliable commercial shippers, and we get receipts and tracking numbers when we ship your books. When we say your books have been shipped, they have indeed been shipped, and we can prove it. Damages or losses occurring while the books are in the custody of shipping companies or customs officials are beyond our control, and we cannot be held responsible for them. You must contact the shipper or customs officials for redress. When shippers tell us your parcel has been delivered to the address we received with your order, we consider the matter settled. If you do not have your books, you should first ask family, friends, and/or coworkers if they have received your parcel (this does happen). If they haven not received it, you must contact the shipper.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information being provided to us. Every Internet customer is responsible for being sure the shipping information they provide is correct and complete.

We are not responsible for import taxes that some countries charge their citizens. We do not receive those taxes, and we do not know which countries charge them or how they are computed. Therefore, any issue you might have with taxes added by your government should be addressed to your government. If you refuse to accept a delivery because you feel your government's taxes are inappropriate or excessive, no refund will be forthcoming from us.

If you request a credit from your credit-card company without giving us a fair opportunity to redress your problem, we will point that out to our card-processing company when we defend ourselves.
