Shipping Rates for TopSkills' Books

Within the United States

Expedited. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday for delivery one or two business days later. Trackable and guaranteed. Available to all states except Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories, and remote areas in the contiguous 48 states. All expedited requests are thoroughly checked for legitimacy. We do not ship anything overnight for next day delivery.

Priority Mail. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday for delivery two to three days later. Trackable but not guaranteed. A reasonable-cost and reliable method.

Parcel Post. An inexpensive method. Usually takes 4 to 9 days, depending on distance and other factors. Not trackable or guaranteed.

To Other Countries

USPS International Global Express. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Delivery is usually within a week for Canada and Western Europe, longer for other regions. Guaranteed. Traceable. A safe choice.

USPS Global Priority Mail. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Delivery is usually within a few days for Canada and Western Europe, longer for other regions. Trackable but not guaranteed. A reasonable-cost and reliable shipping method.

USPS International Parcel Post Airmail. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Delivery is usually within two weeks for Canada and Western Europe, longer for other regions. Not guaranteed or traceable. An inexpensive shipping method. (Neither TopSkills nor shippers accept responsibility for parcels delayed or lost when shipped by this method.)

All shipping prices computed on this system are reasonable estimates. Actual rates can be slightly higher or lower depending on precise destinations.

Shipping rates are always based on weight, not on the value of the contents. The Post Office, FedEx, and UPS don't ask for the value of the contents so they could calculate charges. They ask for weight. Therefore, the value of your contents has no bearing whatsoever on the shipping charges.

TopSkills is not responsible for parcels lost or delayed because of incomplete or inaccurate shipping information received.

International deliveries are sometimes delayed a few days by the recipient nation's Customs authorities, and none of us can do anything about it.

Commercial shippers such as FEDEX and UPS charge extra for delivering to residential areas and more to rural areas outside their normal delivery zones. If you provide a business address in a commercial zone, you can avoid extra delivery charges assessed by the shipping companies. We do not receive those fees.
